Dee Agenda Terms of Use
These Terms explain the basic rules for using the Dee Agenda mobile app.
The App
Dee Agenda helps you plan and complete small daily quests for personal organization and motivation.
No Proof, Safety Guarantee, Or Professional Advice
Quest completion is trust-based and self-reported. Dee Agenda does not verify completion with GPS, sensors, photos, or other proof.
Quest suggestions, reminders, calendar context, weather context, nearby-place ideas, and AI-generated text are informational planning aids. They may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inappropriate for your situation.
You are responsible for deciding whether any activity is safe, legal, and appropriate, including considering weather, health, location, traffic, accessibility, and other real-world conditions. Do not rely on Dee Agenda as a safety, emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or professional advice service.
Local Data
Your quests, progress, preferences, badges, and recaps are stored on your device.
You are responsible for managing your device and app data. Deleting local data, resetting the app, changing devices, or uninstalling Dee Agenda can permanently remove local quests, progress, preferences, badges, and recaps from the app.
Premium And Subscriptions
Dee Agenda Premium may unlock Premium features such as AI planning, expanded limits, weather boss reminders, and weekly recap features.
Paid purchases and subscriptions are handled by the store or marketplace where you buy the subscription. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer terms are shown before you confirm purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through that store or marketplace. Refund eligibility is determined by the policies of that store or marketplace and applicable law.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through the store or marketplace before the next renewal. Deleting Dee Agenda does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel, the store or marketplace generally lets you keep access until the end of the current billing period and does not automatically refund that period, unless store or marketplace policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
Temporary access to Premium features offered without a paid checkout is not a paid subscription, does not create a right to continued Premium access, and may be changed or ended without notice.
Fair Use And Availability
AI-generated copy, weather boss reminders, weekly recap features, nearby-place suggestions, and other online features may use reasonable fair-use limits, cooldowns, temporary safety caps, and local fallback behavior to keep Dee Agenda reliable and prevent misuse. Premium access does not guarantee unlimited automated requests or continuous availability of online services.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Dee Agenda, interfere with the app or its services, attempt to bypass limits or payment flows, reverse engineer private services, misuse AI-generated output, or use the app to harm others.
Changes
Dee Agenda may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, pricing, Premium access, or these Terms over time. Continued use of the app after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
