Delete Dee Agenda Data
Dee Agenda is local-first. Most app data, including quests, progress, badges, preferences, generated plans, weekly recaps, and family display names, is stored on your device.
Delete Local App Data
To delete local Dee Agenda data, open Dee Agenda and go to Settings, then use the local data deletion or reset controls in Data controls.
Deleting local app data removes local quests, progress, preferences, badges, and recaps from the app. Dee Agenda cannot recover deleted local app data.
You can also remove Dee Agenda app data through Android system settings or by uninstalling the app. Android settings vary by device.
Request Deletion Of Dee Agenda Records
To request deletion of Dee Agenda records that can be reasonably identified and controlled by Dee Agenda, email support@deeagenda.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
These requests can cover support conversations in Dee Agenda's support mailbox.
Include enough information for us to understand and process your request. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal documents by email.
What May Be Kept
Some records may be kept only as needed for legal, billing, security, support, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons. Support conversations are linked to the email address used to contact support. Dee Agenda does not provide app accounts or a customer-visible support identifier. App operational records, such as AI usage counters, analytics events, subscription status records, and security records, are not designed to be linked to your support email or identified from a deletion request.
Google Play and subscription service providers may retain payment or subscription records under their own policies. Dee Agenda cannot delete records controlled by Google Play, RevenueCat, Android, your email provider, or other third-party services.
Dee Agenda does not store raw AI requests, raw AI responses, calendar text, coordinates, payment card numbers, or payment credentials in its server-side operational records.
